A property is shaped by more than its buildings.
Land, water, climate, landscape, infrastructure, design, operations and economics all influence what a place can become - and decisions made in one area can create opportunities or constraints in another.

Development Intelligence™
Every project involves specialists, systems and decisions that affect one another. Hadasaar adds a complementary layer: helping connect the wider development picture so that important decisions are made in context rather than in isolation.
We can work before land is purchased, before design is fixed, alongside an existing professional team, or when an established property is entering a new phase.
Alongside this strategic role, we can directly lead selected areas of work including water and climate strategy, ecological and regenerative planning, landscape strategy, sustainable indoor and outdoor design, natural building and property upgrades, hospitality and guest-experience planning, and overall project integration.
We complement architects, engineers, contractors and other specialists - we do not replace the licensed expertise their work requires.

Before You Buy
Pre-Purchase Site Assessment
Considering land in Baja? We look at the site through the project you hope to create - connecting water, climate, access, topography, infrastructure, landscape and future development before you commit.

Planning & Development
Development Intelligence™
Before or during design, we help connect the decisions that shape the property so that land, systems, buildings, landscape, operations and the owner’s vision reinforce the same overall direction.

Existing Properties
Improve What Already Exists
For homes, hospitality and mixed-use properties, we help connect design, water, climate, landscape, guest experience, operations and sustainable upgrades to strengthen the property as a whole.

Meet Hadas and Saar
HadaSaar grew from more than twenty years of living, building, designing, hosting and operating in the desert of Mitzpe Ramon, Israel. Working inside the places we created taught us that the quality of an individual solution matters — but so does what happens where one solution meets another.
Our experience spans water, climate, ecological planning, natural building, landscape, hospitality, guest experience and long-term operations. Saar’s background in physics and permaculture adds an analytical and systems-based perspective to that practical experience.
In 2026, we moved to Baja California Sur and are now based in the Todos Santos / El Pescadero area — bringing more than two decades of desert experience into a new landscape while continuing to build our understanding of Baja through work on the ground.
